R. Construction Company is a family-owned business run by Rob Normann. He is a 4th generation carpenter and 3rd generation General Contractor with more than 35 years of experience in the trade. He is joined by his son, Peter, who recently graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Chico State. Upon completing his apprenticeship, he will continue the Normann legacy as a 5th generation carpenter. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, R. Construction Company has relocated to serve the beautiful state of Colorado. Rob is supported by his wife, Kristen, who teaches piano lessons and helps out with some of the builds.
Who We Are
R. Construction Company has taken on projects ranging from bathroom and kitchen remodels to home additions to Accessary Dwelling Units to backyard upgrades. Rob’s passion lies in building custom homes from the ground up. He will walk alongside you from the dreaming stage to design, laying the foundation to framing, and all the way through to the finishing touches.
